Pony Parties

Included would be unlimited pony rides for all children (1 hour) plus petting and brushing the party pony. Kids will also enjoy fun kiddie games designed with a horse theme. The party will be planned to be outdoors in the grass if there is good weather. If raining, we would move the party indoors to our indoor arena. We will have available for you two picnic tables, hay bale benches for opening gifts, hay bale gift display, birthday banner, and cake table. Sanitizer, paper towels, napkins & paper plates are provided.

Once your party date and time is chosen, we will provide you with an Agreement Form to be completed. To book your party we will require a payment upfront. You will also be receiving an invoice in a separate email with which you can pay your deposit online. This payment will hold your horses for the ride. This payment is inclusive of a 20% deposits which is non-refundable should you need to cancel your party.

You will need to be sure every child wears closed toed shoes for safety around horses. Boots with a heel are always best but we will allow pretty much any closed toed shoes as long as they have a firm sole. We do need to have waivers signed for every child and adult attending the party. Party Routine

What You Can Expect

Arrival: Parents/Party Host may arrive up to one half hour early to decorate, set up food and gifts, and “settle in”. Our staff will be on hand to greet you and answer questions. We will assist arriving guests with parking.

Parking: Space is limited, so we highly encourage carpooling. Parents are not required to remain with their children during the party (except Party Host, of course) and so may drop off children after signing Release Form, unless Release Form was brought with the child.

First hour: The party is started right away with your specially chosen pony for unlimited rides for every child. (The Birthday Child rides FIRST, of course!) Children not riding right away will have lots of fun playing with our horsey-themed games such as Stick Horse games, and Kiddie Horseshoes. There will also be time reserved within that hour for the children to pet, brush and take pictures with their party pony!

Second hour: The remainder of your party may include food, drinks, treat bags and gift opening.

Our staff is always available to answer questions throughout the party and also to help you with set up and clean up for your child's special party.

Things to Know

• Parents are encouraged to take pictures anytime throughout the party. Our staff is happy to help you get that “perfect shot”!
  
  
• You may bring whatever food and beverages you like. Most folks bring juice boxes and order pizza (We are happy to provide the number of a local pizzeria!)
  
  
• You are welcome to bring your own and decorate as you like.
  
  
• There is no age restriction, but our ponies typically have a rider weight limit of 80-90 lbs. To request a full size horse for your party, instead of a pony, please let us know upon making your reservation request. (Based on availability).
  
  
• Attending staff will facilitate the pony rides and brushing/petting during the first hour of your party, and will remain available throughout the second hour to help with spills and assist with set up and clean up as needed. Staff is not responsible for supervising children in play areas or with games. Please be sure you have adequate adult supervision for your guests.
