IMA Irish Rebel
Owned by Charlene Champion
Breed: American Paint Horse
Registered: Yes, breeding stock
Color: Sorrel with Flaxen mane and tail
Sex: Mare
Date of Birth: 2002
Reba is a very endearing mare. She is sensitive and obedient with a good heart and an immense need to please her owner/rider. She is petite and elegant and moves very beautifully. She has a comfortable trot and can go either English or Western.
Reba is a safe horse and can be ridden by beginners and youth but she does requires a calm, determined but not forceful rider. As a result, it is suggested that she be owned by an intermediate or adult who can supervise more novice riders. Never bucks and is very easy to please.
She trail rides well and has show potential in both English and Western riding.
Reba comes from running and barrel stock but is very finely built. Her bloodlines include BOLD Ruler, TOP Moon, Jet Deck, REBELQUA, Panama Jet, Killoqua lady and Top Paula Kay

Oh Whatta Deed ("Sierra")
Owned by Sarah Bloom
This is the woman that I purchased both Pepsi and Scotch from years ago, and those two have become the foundation of my business for both breeding and beginner riding programs.
Registration: AQHA Quarter Horse
DOB: 4/12/1998
Price: Negotiable/Private Treaty through Painted Bar Stables, $3,000 to general public
Located in Virginia
Sierra is a lovely, incredibly well-bred mare that is sweet and very safe for any level rider. She is that very rare horse that adjusts to the rider’s level and is so careful with kids and beginners, but with a year of professional cutting training in her youth she is responsive and zippy for an experienced rider. She has been my kids’ horse and spare mount for the past 7 years and is the one you can pull out of the field after 6 months off and throw a saddle and a beginner on her and she’ll pack them down the trail. She produced an incredible colt for me 5 years ago. He is still here and he is awesome.
Sierra is hypp n/h, non-symptomatic and both registered offspring are hypp n/n so she has not passed on the gene when responsibly bred. My kids have lost all interest in the horses and I would love to see her with a new person of her own. Sierra would also do great in a lesson, therapy or group trail-riding program. She is foundation, cutting, western pleasure and halter breeding at it’s best and is strong and completely sound. Never sick or lame. Absolutely no vices or bad habits and you’ll never know when she’s in heat. Easy keeper and very pleasant to live with. She listens very well and wants only to do the right thing for her handler/rider.

TufsMiss Jaguar
Owned by Sarah Bloom
This is the woman that I purchased both Pepsi and Scotch from years ago, and those two have become the foundation of my business for both breeding and beginner riding programs.
Registration: APHA Paint
DOB: 4/4/1999
Price: Negotiable/Private Treaty through Painted Bar Stables, $3,000 to general public
Located in Virginia
Jaguar is a drop-dead gorgeous, sweet, quiet mare. She has the smoothest natural pleasure jog and rocking horse canter. Ranch raised and Amish broke and spent time riding the range in Texas. Solid and built to last, she is strong and can carry a large rider all day long. Not pokey, silly or particularly mareish, no vices , never sick or lame and an easy keeper. Comes when called, leads, loads, ties, stands for farrier and vet etc.
Up to date on shots, farrier and dental. Goes barefoot with huge strong black hooves. Gets along with all the horses and other animals including small goats, a mini horse, chickens and dogs. Beginner and kid friendly, absolutely safe and gentle on the ground. At the moment she lacks confidence and needs a solid refresher course with an experienced rider or trainer to get her back into the groove under saddle. She has been ridden out alone and packed beginners on group trail rides, but has had too much time off and is riding a bit green.
She has one registered foal that looks just like her and would love to be a mom again. Beautiful all-around show, trail and breeding prospect. Sarah's back injury keeps her from riding much so she is cutting back on her horses. She has owned Jaguar for 5 years and wants to see her in a loving home that will use her.

SOLD!!! Congratulations to Painted Bar Stables rider Katlyn!
Buddy
Owned by Mary Crooker Easling
Breed: Quarter Horse
Color: Bay
Sex: Gelding
Height: 15.2hh
Age: 15 years old
Asking Price: $1800
Description: Buddy has good ground manners, stands for the farrier, and is overall a sweet guy. He will go out on trails by himself but is a "talker." He has been used for team penning before and does what is asked of him, but does not have the natural cow horse sense to move to the next level.
Buddy is a sweet horse that was purchased to help build confidence for his owner after a bad experience with a previous horse. He helped her rebuild her confidence and she is now ready to go back to a horse with more speed and gumption.
I have personally bought two horses from Mary and her husband, both of which have been phenomenal horses - exactly what I was told they would be! These guys are honest and have good taste in their stock.

An easy-keeping, friendly, gentle pony-goat duo needs a new home. Owner moving. He was ridden by children when I bought him nine years ago, but we have not ridden him because we are too big. Loves to be groomed and would probably make a great carriage pony. Very smart, takes some voice commands, as does Star, a gelded male goat who was born on site.
